I am sorry you believe I did not communicate well and was not responsive to providing prompt updates on your rental application. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a decision from the owners to applicants until the owners decide. I responded to your text requesting an update on the status of your application 38 minutes after the owners had made their decision and came to terms with the other qualified applicant. I understand you are disappointed that your application was declined by the owners, however, please know that as the landlord’s agent, I do not make selections or decisions on applications, nor do I receive application fees.
